We had a great time for our first monthly game/fun night! We ate pizza and played some baseball, tag, and played on the play ground. Our offering update: Girls are in the lead and now have $23 and the Boys have $17. Thankyou parents/grandparents for allowing them to come and take part!
Sadly I didn't get any pictures tonight, but we had a good time as we continued on our journey through the book of Genesis. We played the fall of man blame game. We were in chapter 2 as we talked about the story of Adam and Eve and the tree of good and evil, temptation, and the fall of mankind. We watched this video that helped it bring it to life: https://youtu.be/ccJPHyZJg2o (feel free to watch with your kiddos again to talk about what they learned) We understood that there are actions to our consequences but despite making bad decisions God still loves us and He knows what is best for us and we discussed the importance of obeying God.
