Welcome to The Church at Bethel's web site. We pray your visit will be encouraging. Bethel is a place to come home to. We believe church ought to be the most exciting and liberating place you go all week long. John 8:32, "And you shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free!" Jesus speaks again in verse 36, "If the Son therefore shall make you free you shall be free indeed!" We want to point you to Jesus Christ. In Acts 3, Peter and John says to the lame man at the gate Beautiful, "silver and gold have I none but such as I have give I thee, in the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk!"

You know the rest of the story. Immediately! He leaping up stood and went walking and leaping and praising God for the first time in 40 years. He determined he would not spend one more day bound to his condition. He expected to receive something, got excited about what he received and became empowered to go to the temple as a testimony of Christ!

You can truly live in expectation of good things from the Father through our Lord Jesus Christ.You can be truly excited about your purpose in life. You can also become empowered by the Holy Spirit to be successful in the purpose He has called you to!

Christ will give you new direction, new hope, and new freedom. Know that the Lord does not deal with us according to His knowledge of our limitations and weaknesses but according to His love for us. While He does not tolerate sin, Ephesians 3:19 declares, "to know the Love of Christ which passes knowledge." God has a desire to greatly improve and increase our life. The scriptures tell us that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us. He forgives our sin when we repent and empowers our lives through the presence of the Holy Spirit! Repent is a good word. Re means to return and pent comes from penthouse which means high therefore to repent means to return to the highest position!

 He wants to reveal His purpose to us,live in us, and work through us, in order that we can live life to the full!
